Your job responsibilities will include
planning and organizing domestic and international transports
obtaining cargo as well as preparing cost estimation and quotations of services
direct cooperation with clients and carriers: negotiating rates, planning routes and preparing transport terms
issuance and supervising monitored shipment and transport orders
dedication to high quality of provided services
Our expectations
at least 2 years’ experience related to complex customer care in the sector of transport, forwarding and logistics
own portfolio of contractors and carriers would be an asset
good knowledge of written and spoken English and/or German
task-based motivation, involvement and success-oriented attitude
communication skills, good team-working skills
reliability, conscientiousness and resilience in performing tasks and duties
resistance to stress and ability to work under time pressure
very good work organization
ability to plan and quick decision making skills
computer literacy
